CNC Door Designs for Pakistani Homes (Modern Ideas + Price)

Most people choose their doors in the last few weeks of construction, with plaster still drying and the budget already stretched. Then they live with that decision for fifteen years.

A good door deserves more thought than that. It is the first thing a guest touches, and in a Pakistani home it also has to survive monsoon humidity, summer heat and, in a lot of houses, termites. CNC doors have become popular because they look sharp. The part nobody talks about is whether they last.

This guide covers what a CNC door really is, which designs work in real homes, how to choose for each room, and what decides the price.

What is a CNC door?

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. A machine follows a digital drawing and cuts the pattern into the door surface with a router. Because a computer guides every movement, the lines are clean and exact, and the same design can run across every door in your house without a single one looking slightly different.

That consistency is the real advantage over hand carving. You get precision, repeatability and a much wider range of patterns, from simple grooves to detailed geometric work.

The material matters more than the pattern

Here is the thing most design guides skip. A CNC pattern is a set of grooves, and grooves are exactly where moisture settles. On a timber door, those cuts can swell, crack and lift the finish after a few monsoons.

A WPC CNC door avoids this because the material does not absorb water and termites cannot feed on it. The pattern keeps its edges for years instead of months. If you are curious about what is inside these doors, we explain it in our guide to how WPC doors are made. And if you are still weighing timber against composite, our comparison of WPC door vs wooden door lays out the real trade-offs.

8 modern CNC door design ideas for Pakistani homes

1. Minimal linear grooves. Straight vertical or horizontal lines at even spacing. Clean, quiet and easy to dust. If you are not sure what to pick, this is the safest choice for a bedroom.

2. Geometric panels. Squares, rectangles and diamonds that frame the door like a picture. This is the classic modern CNC door design, and it suits contemporary elevations well. CN-004 is a good example of the modern direction.

3. Islamic geometric patterns. Eight-point stars and interlacing lines have deep roots in our architecture. On a main door they feel traditional without feeling heavy.

4. Jali-style cutouts. A pierced lattice that lets light and air through while keeping privacy. These usually work best paired with glass, so have a look at our glass, louvre and jaali doors before deciding.

5. Floral and nature motifs. Soft leaf and flower lines add warmth to bedrooms, hallways and traditional interiors.

6. Arch and circular centrepieces. One strong shape in the middle of the door. It pulls the eye and works especially well on double doors and grand entrances.

7. Wood-look finish with simple grooves. A natural grain surface with restrained CNC lines gives you the warmth of timber without the swelling and pest problems. CN-013 is our CNC wooden-look WPC door.

8. Statement entrance designs. Bolder, deeper patterns kept for the main door, where the design has to read from the street. If you are planning an entrance, start with our main door collection.

Which CNC design suits which room?

Main entrance. Go bold. Large geometric panels, Islamic patterns or an arch design make a CNC main door design feel like part of the facade. Avoid very fine detail, because it disappears from a distance.

Living and drawing room. Guests judge the house here. Soft geometric grooves or floral lines feel welcoming, and glass panels let more light in. French doors are worth a look if you want a more open feel.

Bedrooms. Keep it calm. Straight grooves or a simple two-tone finish suit a room meant for rest. CN-019 is a CNC door design made for homes, and CN-020 works well as an interior door.

Bathrooms and kitchens. Choose a simple pattern and a waterproof material. Deep carving traps soap, steam and dust, while plain grooves on WPC wipe clean in seconds. Our guide to waterproof doors for bathrooms and kitchens explains why material matters more than pattern in these rooms.

Offices and commercial spaces. Clean lines and restrained geometry look professional and age well. CN-018 is our WPC office door. We supply homes, commercial projects and government spaces across the country.

Five mistakes to avoid when choosing a CNC door

  1. Picking the design before the material. A beautiful pattern on a door that swells is a short upgrade.
  2. Going too detailed on a narrow door. Fine lines blur and look messy at small sizes.
  3. Mixing too many styles. One consistent design language across the house looks far more expensive than five different ones.
  4. Forgetting about cleaning. Deeper grooves collect dust. Decide how much upkeep you really want.
  5. Comparing prices without comparing specifications. Two quotes are meaningless until you know the core, thickness and finish behind each.

CNC door price in Pakistan: what you are really paying for

There is no single rate, and anyone who quotes one without asking about your requirement is guessing. The price of a CNC door depends on a handful of things:

  • Size. Larger doors need more material.
  • Pattern complexity. A dense Islamic pattern takes far more machine time than a few straight grooves.
  • Material and thickness. The core and board change both strength and cost.
  • Finish. Wood-look, laminate and paint are all priced differently.
  • Quantity. Projects and bulk orders are quoted differently from a single door.

Every Green Doors door is made to order, so we price against your exact requirement. For a wider breakdown, read our WPC door price in Pakistan guide.

Frequently asked questions

What does CNC door mean?

It means a door with a pattern cut by a computer-controlled machine, which gives precise and repeatable designs.

Can I get a custom CNC door design?

Yes. Every door is made to order in your size, design and finish. If you prefer raised panels over cut patterns, take a look at our moulding doors.

Are CNC WPC doors waterproof?

Yes. WPC does not absorb water, so the pattern does not swell or crack. CN-023 is our deemak-proof CNC WPC door.

Can a CNC door be used as a main door?

Yes. WPC is waterproof and termite proof, which makes it a practical choice for an entrance.

Do CNC patterns collect dust?

Deeper patterns can. A soft cloth or brush handles it, and simple grooves are the easiest to maintain.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. Our head office is in Lahore, and you can visit any of our showrooms in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.
