ED-002 – WPC Main Door

Description

A home’s character is often decided at the front door, and the ED-002 gives you an entrance worth remembering. It’s a main door design made in Pakistan for Pakistani homes — one that balances a warm, welcoming look with the kind of toughness a front door genuinely needs.

Most wooden main doors start strong and slowly lose the battle. Sun beats down on them, monsoon rain seeps into the base, and a few seasons later you’re dealing with fading, cracking, or a door that no longer shuts cleanly. The ED-002 sidesteps all of that because it’s made from reinforced Wood Plastic Composite. Water can’t soak in, so there’s no swelling or rot at the bottom edge, and the surface holds its colour and shape far longer than polished timber left exposed to the elements.

There’s a security angle too. As a main door, it needs to feel solid and reassuring — and this one does, while staying lighter and easier to fit than a heavy hardwood slab. Termites, one of the biggest destroyers of wooden entrances in our climate, get nothing to work with here, so the door stays structurally sound for the long run.

What you get with the ED-002:

• Fully weatherproof — built for constant sun and rain exposure
• Waterproof core that never swells, warps, or rots
• Termite-proof and pest-resistant, with no yearly treatment
• Solid, secure feel that suits a main entrance
• Handles extreme heat (~80°C), cold, and salty coastal air
• Long-lasting finish with very little maintenance
• Eco-friendly WPC that eases the pressure on timber

Like every Green Doors product, the ED-002 is made to order — your measurements, your finish, a perfect fit for your entrance rather than an off-the-shelf compromise.
